Pro-Tip: Don’t be fooled by the “hobby bakers” or the “I’m just starting out, I can give you a great deal” people! These are the disaster cakes you usually see. I’ve even heard of them cancelling all together when you don’t have enough time to get a new baker! Creating a Wedding Cake is really hard work, and most people don’t get that until they’re elbow deep in frosting and wondering what they got themselves into!
