Today’s Wedding Inspiration is a timelessly romantic celebration of one of my favourite color pairings – blush and rose gold. Perfect for Spring or Summer it features dusky seasonal blooms with feathers, wispy ferns and pops of pinky red, as well as a dreamy greenery backdrop that would be perfect for a ceremony, sweetheart table or cake display. All captured against the blank canvas of the fabulous Marion Hatcher Center
The Marion Hatcher Center, which is an old mansion with lots of charming details, is also newly renovated. The home has a bit of a dark past – it was built in honor of a woman that was abused in a nursing home, but is now rented out as a wedding and business venue.
The stationery artist, Shana from Iris & Marie Press, creates the most beautiful, high-quality stationery that I have every seen in person. She hand paints each invitation suite, and embosses them on a huge, old letterpress.
Isn’t it lovely?? Thank you to all of the wedding professionals and creatives who lent their talents to bring this romantic vision to life. Especially to the lovely Ivey Gibb for capturing everything so perfectly. If you love her style of photography as much as I do, and would like to see more of it, be sure to pop across to her website www.iveygibb.com.
